The room had no windows or extraction fans, so it tended to be a bit damp.

Like it !
They prepared with heart like “elephant towel” and smell good when the moment walk into the room. Front-desk service with really cute smile which made me impressed. They also have snack and coffee provide freely.
Some old bedsheets under bed could better abandon that. It will be nice if the first floor a sink to clean the used cup ( just use toilet)

Very good stay in Chiang Mai old town
The hotel is located near the center of Chiang Mai's old town, just a few minutes from all the restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. The girl at the reception was very nice, helpful, and caring. The room had all the amenities needed for our stay, and both AC and a fan.
We liked everything.
